If the laptop battery leaks, how shall we do?
When some Internet users use the laptop ,the laptop often leaks ,and when touch the certain parts they feel there will be dumb, we write a solution process for your reference.
Step 1: First unplug the external power supply, use the battery power. If the leakage condition disappears, then shows the problem is ground socket,then into step 2:If it still leaks, then contact the dealer for maintenance.
Step 2: Make sure the socket doesn’t reach the ground, one of the most simple way is to test socket by the electric pen or multimeter . If the ground voltage is zero, it indicates the socket reaches the ground, then enter Step 3; exchange the socket or re-cloth ground.
Step 3: Your laptop power adapter or the insulation performance of the laotop is bad ,then we should replace accessories. In addition, the low humidity is easy to produce the static electricity which also contributed to “shock”.
